Focus on fishing during low light periods, especially early morning. Next, stop trying to be comfortable. Forget about your "go to" baits and focus on fishing the extremes. And finally, pay attention to the way you're working your bait. This isn't the time of year for aggressive shaking or hard hopping along the bottom.
