Today we're breaking down the different styles of topwater, what they're for, and how to use them this Fall.

Tim is throwing the Tactical Wake and topwater in crazy conditions! From high sun to heavy downpours, he's taking everything the weather can throw his way but still catching nice fish! Come along for a fun day of topwater fishing for Largemouth and Spotted Bass!

You never know what the weather will throw your way in East Tennessee! Tim is using the Tactical Wake to locate fish and build a pattern, then catching them on a smaller Shower Blows topwater. Late Summer is a great time to focus on topwater as bass transition more and more toward baitfish. Late Summer Topwater Tricks! (How To Catch More Fish)

Many anglers completely miss the best topwater bite of the Summer, don't be one of them! The topwater bite is amazing right now! Late Summer is a great time to focus on topwater, but its critical that you focus on the right baits at the right time of day. 

As Summer wanes we focus the majority of our attention on straight retrieve topwater. These are fast moving lures that bass have to aggressively chase to catch. Speed is the key with these lures and the bites are aggressive! However, there is a window in the middle of the day in shallow, grass filled fisheries where a frog will outshine any other topwater. Knowing when to set down the fast retrieve baits and slow down is the difference between a good day and a day you'll never forget!

Topwater Tricks For Summer Bass Fishing!

Summer is topwater season! Today we're giving you unique tips on when to throw topwater, which baits to focus on, and tricks to catch more fish this Summer! The topwater bite is in full swing and if you're not getting in on it, you're missing some of the most exciting fishing of the year!

Tim separates his topwater into different categories. He has fast moving baits, slow moving baits, and walking baits.
