2 Baits For Fishing In The Wind! (Power And Finesse Swimbaits)

It's time for BIG waves, BIG Water, and BIG Bass!! Jump in the boat with Tim and JD for an awesome day on the water! They're venturing out for Great Lakes Smallmouth on a windy day. The conditions are tough, but they know the baits to get the job done. It doesn't take long to catch a big bag of fish, including two trophy Smallmouth.

The Dark Sleeper and Spark Shad are a phenomenal 1–2 punch. The Spark Shad gets a ton of bites with its natural finesse presentation. Once the fish are fired up, the Dark Sleeper does a great job of converting the larger, wary bass into biting. If you'v never used this method, you're leaving clear water Smallmouth behind.

Swinging Jigs And Wobble Heads For Summer Bass! Beginner To Advanced + Underwater Footage!

This is Matt's favorite technique for catching BIG BASS in late Spring and early Summer! Most fishermen completely ignore the Swing head jig, and they're missing out! This technique is easy to do, won't require new gear, and catches a ton of big fish! It's time to set your old patterns aside, and try something completely different.

The swinging jig is incredibly simple. All you do is pair the free swinging head with your favorite soft plastic bait, and retrieve it along the bottom. As you swim it along, the bait will deflect off cover and draw reaction strikes from bass. While this technique can be done with swimbaits, worms, and craws, our best results have consistently come with creature baits.

When it comes to baits, there are endless options that can be rigged on these heads. However, we've found very specific baits that consistently get bigger bites. 4 Best Crankbaits For Summer Bass Fishing! (Shallow To Deep)

Crankbaits are awesome in Early Summer! Tim is breaking down the best baits for Summer Bass Fishing, as well as the baits that will carry you into Fall. Bass are ambush predators by nature, and a crankbait is a great lure to trigger a feed response in them. No matter how deep your fish are positioned, there is a bait that can target them efficiently. From shallow to deep, these are the baits we count on when the Summer heat begins to arrive.

If you're not fishing crankbaits during Summer, you're missing some of the easiest fish catches of the year. Bass are targeting baitfish from deep to shallow. Covering water with a crankbait is an easy way to locate fish, as well as to fire up schools of fish. Focus your attention on baitfish colors and use Tim's key "bite triggers" to get more fish to bite.
